Daniel A Jenkins



Daniel Jenkins has been practicing law for more than 10 years in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and probate, asset protection planning, trusts, charitable planning, elder and special needs planning, and tax law. Mr. Jenkins is also an Accredited Attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and considers it an honor to assist our nation’s veterans obtain the benefits they are entitled to.

Mr. Jenkins grew up with a severely mentally handicapped brother and has a special interest in helping families address the challenges of an aging, disabled, or special needs loved one.
